For Individuals
Nutritional Wellness coaching is personalized for each individual. With your health goals in mind, I will tailor a plan and provide all the information and accountability you need to reach your goals.
For Groups
Cooking and Wellness Classes are a great way to engage a group, have fun together, and learn some applicable nutrition tips along the way. Programs are customized to group interests and occasions - from a celebratory team party to a weekday lunch & learn.

The shortest path to great health is cooking at home, and great cooking starts with solid knife skills. Join me in this FREE class to learn some basics including: how to choose the right knife for you, taking good care of your knives, and basic cutting skills to with everything you make in the kitchen.
